🌍 Do you deliver flowers outside Jakarta or internationally?

Yes. Bunga Davi provides flower delivery services in Jakarta, selected cities across Indonesia, and selected international destinations.

Product availability, flower selections, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. If you cannot find a product or delivery location on our website, please contact our Customer Service to check availability.

🌎 Can I send flowers to Jakarta from overseas?

Yes. Customers outside Indonesia can order flowers online through Bunga Davi and have them delivered to family, friends, colleagues, or loved ones in Jakarta.

Simply choose your preferred flower arrangement, enter the recipient’s delivery details and your personal message during checkout, then complete the payment using one of the available payment methods.

🚚 Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Jakarta?

Yes. Bunga Davi offers same-day flower delivery in Jakarta for selected products, delivery areas, and order times.

Same-day availability depends on the selected arrangement, delivery location, and available delivery schedule. Please check the available delivery date and time during checkout.

💐 Do you create custom flower arrangements?

Yes. Bunga Davi can create custom floral arrangements based on your preferred flowers, style, occasion, and budget, subject to flower availability.

Please contact our Customer Service and send your reference photo or request details at least one day in advance whenever possible.

🌸 How long will the flowers last?

Fresh flowers typically last around 3–5 days, although their lifespan may vary depending on the flower variety, environment, and care.

To help keep your flowers fresh:

• Keep the vase and water clean

• Change the water daily

• Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat

• Remove any wilted petals, leaves, or stems

🛒 How do I order?

1. Visit our website and select your preferred product.

2. Click “Add to Cart.”

3. In your cart, proceed to checkout.

4. Enter the recipient and delivery details.

5. Select the available delivery date and time.

6. Add your personal message or special instructions.

7. Choose your preferred payment method and complete your payment.

Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation.

💌 Can I add a message card to my order?

Yes. After adding your product to the cart, you can enter a personalized message of up to 300 characters. Your message will be printed on the message card included with your order.

📦 How do I know if my order is being processed?

Once checkout and payment are successfully completed, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order number.

You can also check your order status through your Bunga Davi account.

📭 What if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery?

If the recipient is unavailable or cannot be reached, we will contact the sender for further instructions.

If redelivery or delivery to a different address is requested, an additional redelivery or redirection fee may apply. The new delivery will be arranged after the applicable fee has been paid by either the sender or the recipient.

🏪 Can I collect my order at your store?

Yes. You can collect your order at our store from Monday to Friday before 5 PM, excluding public holidays and certain unavailable dates.

Unavailable pickup dates will be blocked in the calendar during checkout.

📸 Can I get a photo of my flowers?

Yes. We will send a photo of your flower arrangement after the delivery has been completed.

Please note that fresh flowers are natural products, so slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur.

🚚 How will I know if my flowers or gifts have been delivered?

You will receive a delivery confirmation via email once your order has been delivered.

You can also check the delivery status through your Bunga Davi account. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Available payment options include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Virtual Account, QRIS, and other supported payment methods displayed during checkout.

💳 Why did my credit card payment fail?

Credit card payments may require 3D Secure authentication for additional security.

A payment may fail for several reasons, including:

• Incorrect or expired OTP or verification code

• The transaction was declined by the card issuer

• The card is not enabled for online or international transactions

• 3D Secure authentication was not completed successfully
